In order to accelerate the construction of world-class faculty team, we are committed to recruiting distinguished scholars and outstanding young scholars, and supporting a diverse academic community to boost teaching and research at Tsinghua.

三、申請條件 Conditions

教授崗位

-已在所從事領域取得突破性、原創性成果并受到廣泛認可，產生了突出的學術影響，展現出杰出的學術領導力；

-國內外大學終身教授，或研究機構相當職位或水平的高層次人才。

Professor

- Record of original and internationally-recognized achievement in his/her field, and demonstrable outstanding academic leadership;

- Full professors at universities in China or abroad, or with equivalent appointment standards, or with equivalent positions or levels at research institutions in China and abroad.

副教授、助理教授

-具有國內外大學（或高等教育機構、研究機構）的博士學位，且原則上具有博士后研究經歷或兩年以上在高校或科研機構工作的經歷;

-已在所從事領域取得原創性成果并受到廣泛認可，展現出了出色的學術領導力，具有成長為本領域頂尖學者的素質和潛力；

-國內外大學的副教授、助理教授或達到相當聘任標準，或研究機構相當職位或水平的人才。

Associate Professor, Assistant Professor

-A PhD granted by a university (research institute), with experience of post-doctoral research or at least two years’ experience of research.

-Outstanding record of original achievements in his/her field, and demonstrable strong academic leadership, and great potential to top his/her field in the future Tenured professors;

-Associate professors or assistant professors at universities in China or abroad, or with equivalent appointment standards, or with equivalent positions or levels at research institutions in China and abroad.

五、招聘流程 Process

設立材料初選和面試兩個環節。

我們將邀請材料初選通過者于2023年12月中旬參加清華大學教育研究院全球優秀學者論壇。

The recruitment process consists of application material preliminary selection and interview. Applicants shall send CV, 5 representative academic outputs, academic self-assessment, and other proof materials to jyyrs@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn before November 12th, 2023. Applicants passing the preliminary selection will be invited to attend the IOE Global Excellent Scholar Forum in mid-December, 2023.
