一、學(xué)院簡介 About Us

四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院是教育部于2014年正式批準(zhǔn)的，由四川大學(xué)與美國匹茲堡大學(xué)合作成立的中外聯(lián)合學(xué)院，是兩所享有國際聲譽(yù)的中美名校強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合進(jìn)行國際化辦學(xué)的新模式。學(xué)院引入國際一流大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念、ABET認(rèn)證的課程體系、全球公開招聘的師資及優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，融合兩校的學(xué)術(shù)及教育優(yōu)勢，采用英語授課方式，目前開設(shè)計算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、電子信息工程、工業(yè)工程、機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化、材料科學(xué)與工程五個本科專業(yè)。學(xué)院將緊跟“先進(jìn)制造、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能”等技術(shù)發(fā)展方向，完善專業(yè)布局，從傳統(tǒng)的工科型學(xué)院成長為交叉型的書院架構(gòu)，形成優(yōu)勢突出、相互支撐、協(xié)同發(fā)展的學(xué)科體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)“推動現(xiàn)有工科專業(yè)再上新臺階、融入智能專業(yè)激發(fā)新活力，助力醫(yī)工融合引領(lǐng)新模式”，致力于培養(yǎng)具有寬廣國際化視野、知識基礎(chǔ)與創(chuàng)新能力并強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)國際化競爭環(huán)境的工科人才與社會精英。

Sichuan University–Pittsburgh Institute is an academic entity jointly established by Sichuan University and the University of Pittsburgh. Approved by China’s Ministry of Education in 2014, SCUPI is one of the large-scale partnerships between a top US university and a top-rate Chinese university. SCUPI now enrolls undergraduate students in five majors, including Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The technical curricula of SCUPI comply fully with those taught at the Swanson School of Engineering (SSOE) and the School of Computing and Information (SCI) of the University of Pittsburgh. Faculty and students benefit from the resources, support, and diverse environment fostered by Sichuan University, the University of Pittsburgh, and other partnering institutions around the globe.

二、招聘崗位及需求

招聘崗位Job Title：教務(wù)人員1名（編制外招聘）

Academic Administrator (1)

崗位描述Position Description：

The Academic Administrator is responsible for teaching scheduling, exam scheduling, course registration counselling, academic contests management, etc. The academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in helping SCUPI faculties and students.

主要職責(zé)Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 協(xié)助教學(xué)副院長完成課程及考試安排等教學(xué)運(yùn)行相關(guān)工作；管理學(xué)院教學(xué)平臺；完成學(xué)校教務(wù)處布置的相關(guān)工作；

Carry out tasks assigned by the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, including but not limited to course and exam scheduling, and Blackboard management. Also, comply with tasks assigned by the Academic Affairs Office of Sichuan University.

2.大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計劃、中國國際大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新大賽、學(xué)科競賽等各類項(xiàng)目/競賽的協(xié)調(diào)及管理，包括組織競賽宣講、報名、答辯等工作;

Coordinate academic contests, including but not limited to the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program and the China International College Students' Innovation Competition. Responsibilities include organizing contest workshops, managing sign-ups, and overseeing project defenses.

3. 提供學(xué)術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)；

Provide counseling services for students on curriculum, exam, and other academic affairs-related issues.

4.與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員一同協(xié)作執(zhí)行特別項(xiàng)目。

Collaborate with other team members on special projects.

招聘條件Qualifications：

1. 碩士研究生學(xué)歷，理工科及擁有英語國家求學(xué)或工作/實(shí)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先

Master's degree, science and engineering background, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English-speaking country preferred.

2. 優(yōu)秀的英語溝通及寫作能力

High level of English proficiency in communication and writing.

3.  擁有1-3年教育咨詢工作/實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

1-3 years of experience in educational counseling is a plus.

4. 渴望在一個動態(tài)的、快節(jié)奏的、以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的、多元化的環(huán)境中工作

Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented, and diverse environment.

5. 優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作及創(chuàng)新能力

Possess strong teamwork skills and be open to exploring new ideas and approaches.
