Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing administrative service and coordinating with different departments or units of the University;

Assisting the Dean with teaching and research projects, preparing and managing all the relevant documents as records;

Preparing materials for domestic and international academic conferences, including database search, slides and proposal writing;

Undertaking other tasks assigned by the superior and Dean.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A Bachelor or higher degree;

A minimum of 1-year post-qualification executive or relevant working experience;

Good research data search and graphic presentation skills;

Good command of both written and spoken English;

Good file management and communication skills;

Good physical and mental health with strong affinity;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media;

Knowledge in medicine preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
