二、報名方式

報名截止時間：2025年1月5日16：00

請注意：應聘者本輪僅能報名一個崗位，提交完畢后無法更改報考崗位，請仔細閱讀崗位要求和職責后進行報名。

三、資格審查

應聘者須于報名截止日期前取得相應的學歷學位證書；畢業于國（境）外高校的，還須取得國外學位和教育部留學服務中心出具的學歷學位認證書。

工作年限計算時間截止到報名截止日期。在報名系統填寫最近一段在職工作經歷時，結束時間選擇報名截止日。

應聘者所學專業名稱與招聘崗位要求不一致，但所學方向相同相近的，由我校參考高校學科、專業設置目錄自主認定是否符合要求。

若崗位必備條件中對特定語言、職稱、能力、經歷、培訓等有一定的要求，應聘者在報名時應當如實、詳細、明確地填寫。如出現漏填、錯填，均視為不符合該項要求。

全日制學習期間所有的工作、實習、兼職、項目管理等經驗均不算作工作經驗。

資格初審和資格復審。

1）資格初審將在報名截止后根據崗位要求統一進行線上審核。

2）資格復審時間將會通過郵件另行通知，應聘者須在指定時間接受資格復審。資格復審時，出現以下任一情況均視為應聘者自動放棄應聘資格：a.無法提供要求的所有材料；b.提供的材料中顯示與報考資格條件不相符；c.未在規定時間內完成資格復審。

應聘者在報名時提交的中英文信息和在資格審查中提交的材料應當一致、真實、準確、有效。凡提供虛假、不實信息和材料獲取報考及聘用資格或有意隱瞞本人真實情況的，一經查實，立即取消報考資格或聘用資格。應聘者須對本人所提交的錯誤信息造成的后果負責。

四、考核

1.考核由綜合筆試和專業考核組成，全部采用現場考核形式，不接受參加線上考核?？偝煽儩M分為100分，計算公式為：總成績=綜合筆試成績×40%+專業考核總成績×60%，計算到小數點后兩位，尾數四舍五入。

1）綜合筆試。主要考察候選人的綜合素質、英語能力等，滿分100分，合格分為60分，根據筆試成績按崗位計劃數1：6比例確定入圍專業考核人員。如遇最后一名同分的，則一并進入資格復審和專業考核，如不足1:6的，可全部入圍專業考核。筆試成績低于60分的，不予以推薦進入專業考核。

2）專業考核。主要考察候選人的崗位匹配程度和專業相關能力，根據不同崗位情況制定相應的考核計劃。滿分100分。

本次招聘不指定任何考核范圍、考試復習用書。本次招聘不設最低開考比例。應聘者缺席任一考核環節將被視為自動放棄應聘資格。

五、其他

1.體檢、背景調查等后續事宜另行通知。

2.聘用人員必須在學校要求的時間內報到；不能在規定時間內報到的，我校不保留聘用資格。

I. Recruitment Positions and Requirements

The positions and basic requirements are detailed in the Position List at the bottom of this announcement. Specific job requirements can be found in the job descriptions on the application portal.

II. How to Application

Note: Applicants can only apply for one position and cannot change their selection after submission. Please read the job requirements and responsibilities carefully before applying.

III. Qualification Review

    Applicants must obtain the corresponding academic degree certificates before the application deadline. For those graduated from overseas universities, they must also obtain foreign degrees and academic degree certification issued by CSCSE.

    The calculation of work experience is as of the application deadline. When filling in the most recent work experience in the application system, the end date should be selected as the application deadline.

    If the applicant's major does not match the job requirements but the direction of study is similar, WKU will determine whether the applicant meets the requirements based on the university's discipline and program settings.

    If the job requires specific language skills, professional titles, abilities, experiences, or training, applicants must fill in this information truthfully, detailedly, and clearly during the application process. Any omissions or errors will be deemed as not meeting the requirement.

    All work, internships, part-time jobs, and project management experiences during full-time studies do not count as work experience.

    Preliminary and final qualification reviews

    Preliminary qualification review will be conducted online according to job requirements after the application deadline.

    Final qualification review will be notified separately via email. Applicants must accept the review at the specified time. Failure to provide all required materials, providing materials that do not match the application qualifications, or not completing the review within the specified time will be deemed as automatic disqualification.

    The information and materials submitted by applicants during the application and qualification review processes should be consistent, true, accurate, and valid. Any false or misleading information or materials provided to obtain application or employment qualifications, or intentionally concealing one's true situation, will result in immediate disqualification upon verification. Applicants are responsible for the consequences of submitting incorrect information.

IV. Assessment

The assessment consists of a comprehensive written test and a professional assessment, both conducted on-site, with no online assessment accepted. The total score is 100, calculated as: Total Score = Comprehensive Written Test Score × 40% + Professional Assessment Score × 60%, rounded to two decimal places.

Comprehensive Written Test: Mainly assesses candidates' comprehensive qualities and English abilities, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 60. Candidates who pass will be selected for the professional assessment based on a 1:6 ratio. If there is a tie, all tied candidates will be included in the qualification review and professional assessment. If the ratio is less than 1:6, all candidates may proceed to the professional assessment. Candidates with a written test score below 60 will not be recommended for the professional assessment.

Professional Assessment: Mainly assesses candidates' fit for the position and relevant professional abilities, with customized assessment plans based on different positions. The full score is 100.

This recruitment does not specify any assessment scope or examination review materials. There is no minimum test-taking ratio. Applicants who miss any part of the assessment will be deemed to have automatically disqualified themselves.

Specific examination arrangements will be notified separately via email or SMS. Please ensure that the contact information provided during the application is accurate.

V. Other Information

1. Subsequent matters such as physical examinations and background checks will be notified separately.

2. Hired personnel must report to the university within the required time frame; failure to do so will result in the university not retaining their employment qualification.
