長沙理工大學由原電力部、交通部所屬長沙電力學院、長沙交通學院合并組建而成,是一所以工為主的多科性大學,具有鮮明的電力、交通、水利等行業特色。電氣與信息工程學院是學校的主干學院和國家電力行業人才培養的傳統基地之一,始建于1956年長沙水力發電學校的發配電專業,行業特色鮮明,68 年來累計為電力系統輸送專門人才3萬余人。
電氣工程學科具有一級學科博士學位授予權、專業博士學位授予權,設有博士后科研流動站,是湖南省“十四五”重點學科,教育部新一輪學科評估為B。現有雙聘院士2人,國家杰出青年科學基金項目獲得者、“CJ學者獎勵計劃”特聘教授等國家級高層次人才17人,省部級人才36人,全國高校首批黃大年式教師團隊1個。擁有“電網防災減災全國重點實驗室”“大數據驅動的能源互聯網”國家國際科技合作基地及其他省部級平臺12個。近五年來,獲批國家重點研發計劃、自然科學基金重點項目等國家級項目50余項,授權發明專利120余項,出版學術著作20余部,累計到賬科研經費 4.2億元。

一、招收學科

二、崗位條件
1、愛國守法,品學兼優,身心健康,符合學校師資和學科建設所需的專業基礎、研究方向和研究能力。
2、獲得國內外博士學位不超過 3 年或即將獲得(已通過博士學位論文答辯)博士學位。申請師資博士后的年齡一般不超過32 周歲,申請其他博士后的年齡可適當放寬,但不超過 35 周歲。
3、申請師資博士后的原則上近 5 年內應以第一作者(限排名第一)或第二作者(限博士導師為第一作者且排名第一)發表SCI/SSCI期刊論文或EI收錄中文期刊論文及以上層次論文 2 篇。取得海外知名高校博士學位的可適當放寬。申請全職博士后的可適當放寬。
4.符合學校制定的其他準入條件。
三、人才待遇
1、實行“學校基礎年薪+學院及合作導師配套”政策。學校為師資博士后提供 20 萬元/年基礎年薪(稅前,含社會保險和公積金個人應承擔部分,下同),為全職博士后提供18 萬元/年基礎年薪;學院為博士后配套資助15萬元/年項目經費;合作導師為博士后配套資助的具體金額由博士后與合作導師具體協商決定。

Changsha University of Science and Technology Postdoctoral Research Station for Electrical Engineering Recruitment Announcement
Changsha University of Science and Technology was formed through the merger of Changsha Institute of Electric Power and Changsha Institute of Transportation, which were directly under the former Ministry of Electric Power and the Ministry of Transport respectively. It is a multi-disciplinary university with a focus on engineering, characterized by its strong ties to the power, transportation, and water conservancy industries. The School of Electrical and Information Engineering is one of the main colleges of the university and a traditional base for talent cultivation in the power industry of the nation. Originated from the Power Generation and Distribution Major of Changsha Hydro-electric Power School founded in 1956, it has a distinct industry focus and has cumulatively supplied over 30,000 specialized talents to the power industry over the past 68 years.
The discipline of Electrical Engineering, recognized as a key provincial discipline in Hunan Province during 14th Five-Year Plan and rated "B" in the latest national assessment by China's Ministry of Education, holds first-level discipline doctorate and professional doctorate conferring authorities, offers professional doctoral programs, and it is equipped with a postdoctoral research station. Currently, the discipline is supported by a distinguished faculty team including 2 dual-appointed academicians, 17 national-level talents (such as recipents of National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China and and Cheung Kong Scholars Programme of China), 36 provincial/ministerial-level talents, and the first nationally recognized Huang Danian-style teaching team. Furthermore, the discipline boasts 12 platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Disaster Prevention and Reduction for Power Grid, the International Cooperation Base of National Science and Technology for Big Data-Driven Energy Internet, and other provincial and ministerial-level platforms. Over the past five years, it has been approved over 50 national research projects, including those from the National Key Research and Development Program and key projects of the Natural Science Foundation, obtained more than 120 invention patents, published over 20 academic monographs, and accumulated a total research funding of 420 million yuan.
We are now recruiting 15 postdoctoral researchers from both home and abroad. The college will provide competitive research conditions, academic platforms, and compensation packages for the selected candidates. 2. Obtained a doctoral degree at home or abroad within 3 years or is about to obtain a doctoral degree (has passed the doctoral dissertation defense). For Faculty Postdoctoral positions, applicants are generally required to be under the age of 32; the age limit for other postdoctoral positions shall not exceed 35.
3. Meet other admission requirements set by the university.
III. Talent treatment
1. Employ the "School Base Annual Salary Package + College and Collaborating Mentor Support" policy. The school provides a base annual salary of 200,000 yuan per year (pre-tax, including social insurance and individual contributions to housing fund, hereinafter the same) for faculty postdocs, and a base annual salary of 180,000 yuan per year for full-time postdocs; the college provides a supporting project funding of 150,000 yuan per year for postdocs; the specific amount of supporting funding provided by collaborating mentors is determined through negotiation between the postdoc and the mentor.
