國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院于2018年11月正式成立，聚焦國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型升級，重點與英國阿伯丁大學(xué)、澳大利亞科廷大學(xué)、美國圣路易斯大學(xué)、美國舊金山州立大學(xué)、美國威廉·杰瑟普大學(xué)、法國尼斯大學(xué)、法國圖爾大學(xué)等國外名校開展強強合作，主要依托各方優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源及辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢，重點發(fā)展經(jīng)濟管理類交叉學(xué)科專業(yè)和信息技術(shù)類新工科專業(yè)。國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院積極拓展中外合作辦學(xué)，深入開展本科、研究生層次聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。還將根據(jù)區(qū)域發(fā)展需求，組建創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研究院。

一、招聘對象
（一）青年拔尖人才
1.引進(jìn)條件
自然科學(xué)學(xué)科申請者原則上年齡不超過40周歲，人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科申請者原則上年齡不超過45周歲，已取得原創(chuàng)性科研成果并獲同行專家認(rèn)可，具備沖擊國家人才的能力，能全英教學(xué)者。
2.引進(jìn)待遇
（1）學(xué)校待遇。入編，聘任或優(yōu)先聘任高級職務(wù)，提供有競爭力的年薪和房補，根據(jù)學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)和實際研究確定科研啟動經(jīng)費。
（2）學(xué)院待遇。國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院根據(jù)引進(jìn)人才的學(xué)歷層次、職稱、授課課程另行補貼工資5萬元/年；首聘期科研啟動經(jīng)費一人一議，按學(xué)校比例1:1配套。

（二）青年英才
1. 引進(jìn)條件
原則上年齡不超過35周歲，業(yè)績特別突出的藝術(shù)學(xué)、哲學(xué)和人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科申請者，可放寬至38周歲。具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)背景和突出的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ讶〉酶哔|(zhì)量創(chuàng)新性科研成果，能全英教學(xué)者。
2. 引進(jìn)待遇
（1）學(xué)校待遇。青年英才聘特聘研究員，聘期三年。
薪酬由基本工資、年度獎勵績效和業(yè)績獎金三部分組成，其中，基本工資和年度獎勵績效總額為25萬元/年。
（2）學(xué)院待遇。國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院另補貼4萬元/年；首聘期科研啟動經(jīng)費理工科不超過10萬元，其他學(xué)科不超過5萬元。
（3）其他福利。子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學(xué)附屬幼兒園、小學(xué)。在房源許可的前提下，可申請租住南海校區(qū)周轉(zhuǎn)房（不再享受租房補貼）。
（三）青年英才（博士后）
1. 引進(jìn)條件
原則上不超過35周歲，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)背景、學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ⒁讶〉脛?chuàng)新性科研成果。符合進(jìn)站條件的青年英才（博士后）同時納入博士后管理，能全英教學(xué)者。

（1）學(xué)校待遇。青年英才（博士后）聘特聘副研究員，聘期三年，同時納入國家或廣東省博士后管理。
薪酬由基本工資、年度獎勵績效和業(yè)績獎金三部分組成，其中，基本工資和年度獎勵績效總額23萬元/年。
（2）學(xué)院待遇。國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院另補貼3萬元/年；首期科研啟動經(jīng)費理工科不超過6萬元，其他學(xué)科不超過2萬元。
（3）其他福利。子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學(xué)附屬幼兒園、小學(xué)。在房源許可的前提下，青年英才（博士后）可申請租住博士后公寓（不再享受租房補貼）。
（四）博士后
1.引進(jìn)條件
原則上年齡不超過35周歲，獲得博士學(xué)歷學(xué)位，具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)潛力和活力，能全英或雙語教學(xué)者。
2.引進(jìn)待遇
（1）學(xué)校待遇：博士后聘特聘副研究員，聘期兩年，同時納入國家或廣東省博士后管理。薪酬由基本工資、年度獎勵績效和業(yè)績獎金三部分組成，其中，基本工資和年度獎勵績效總額15萬元/年。
（2）學(xué)院待遇：國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院另補貼4萬元/年；首聘期科研啟動經(jīng)費理工科不超過4萬元，其他學(xué)科不超過1萬元。
（3）其他福利：博士后子女可按有關(guān)規(guī)定申請入讀除石牌校區(qū)以外的附屬幼兒園和小學(xué)。
（五）預(yù)聘制教學(xué)科研人員
1.引進(jìn)條件
符合學(xué)校基本招聘條件與學(xué)院招聘要求，獲得博士學(xué)歷學(xué)位。博士研究生不超過35周歲；留學(xué)取得海外博士學(xué)位的人員，或具有博士學(xué)位且有一年以上國（境）外科研工作經(jīng)歷的人員，或博士后出站人員，不超過40周歲；具有高級專業(yè)技術(shù)資格的人員不超過45周歲。優(yōu)先考慮擁有海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷者，能全英教學(xué)者。
2.引進(jìn)待遇
（1）學(xué)校待遇：預(yù)聘制教學(xué)科研人員參編確定崗位，實行合同管理。工資薪金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照學(xué)校現(xiàn)行事業(yè)編制人員的分配辦法執(zhí)行；依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會保險和繳存住房公積金，享受相應(yīng)待遇。

（六）特聘教師
1.引進(jìn)條件
（1）學(xué)術(shù)英語特聘教師：獲得碩士及以上研究生學(xué)歷學(xué)位。英語系語言國家留學(xué)歸國者優(yōu)先。中國籍人員要求本科、研究生均為英語相關(guān)專業(yè)，如英語語言文學(xué)、英語教育、應(yīng)用語言學(xué)、跨文化交際、翻譯等。持有CELTA或者權(quán)威TEFL/TESOL證書者優(yōu)先。外籍人員要求以英語為母語，且來自英國、美國、澳洲、加拿大、新西蘭等國家；至少2年英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗；教育學(xué)或語言學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先。

United College (IUC) was officially established in November 2018, focusing on
the national innovation-driven development strategy and industrial
restructuring and transformation and upgrading, with a focus on the win-win
cooperation with international famous universities including University of

V. Teaching-oriented Research Staff
1.Requirements

Doctoral candidates should be under the age of 35; The applicant shall be under the age of 40 if he/she has studied abroad and obtained a doctor's degree, or if he/she has at least one year of overseas research experience, or if he/she is a post-doctor.
