職位說明
工作職責(zé):
1. Assist in the admission work for School’s taught master programmes, including handling enquiries and application processing;
2. Assist in handling student affairs, such as course coordination, activities and emergency response;
3. Provide support to the publicity work for programmes, including but not limited to admission brochures, newsletters, news releasing and programme promotion on various social media;
4. Provide ad-hoc support and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
崗位要求:
1. A Bachelor or above degree;
2. At least 1 year’s study abroad experience, or relevant experience on academic support in tertiary institutions preferred;
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media tools (WeChat official accounts);
4. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for the completion of tasks;
5. The capability of multi-tasking and sense of urgency.;
6. Good team player with strong organizational planning and interpersonal skills.
