崗位要求

工作職責：

1.負責開發和維護與課題研究相關的軟件成果；

2.發現軟件中的問題和瓶頸，進行重構、優化和改進，提升產品競爭力；

3.與課題組合作團隊進行溝通，推進軟件的服務化構建過程。

崗位要求：

1.熟悉Python，具備扎實的計算機專業基礎，包括算法和數據結構、操作系統、計算機體系結構、計算機網絡等；

2.掌握常見的設計模式，在過往工作中有過有效合理的實踐；

3.本科及以上學歷，計算機科學、信息自動化、應用數學、數據科學等相關專業優先；

4.具備英語交流溝通的能力。

優先條件：

1.熟悉PyTorch、Tensorflow或Keras；

2.熟悉數據庫系統，如Postgresql/Mysql/Mongodb/Redis地理數據庫優先；

3.熟悉PythonWeb開發及相關框架，如Django和Flask；

4.熟悉Python生態和常用庫，如celery；

5.具備R語言算法的接口封裝能力；

6.英語流利；

7.保持繼續學習的高專注力和好奇心。

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of software;

2.Identify issues and bottlenecks in the software, conduct reconstruction, optimization and improvement, and enhance the product competitiveness;

3.Participate in the service-oriented building process of the software.

Minimum Requirements

1.Solid understanding of Python programming language;

2.Solid knowledge in computer science, including machine learning algorithms, data structure, operating systems, computer architecture, and computer network;

3.Bachelor degree or above in computer science, information automation, applied mathematics, statistics. Other related majors can be considered;

4. Professional Working Proficiency in English.

Optional Competences

1.Familiarity with PyTorch, or Keras;

2.Familiarity with database systems, especially Geographic databases such as Postgresql, Mysql, Mongodb, or Redis, preferred;

3.Familiarity with Python Web development and related frameworks, such as Django and Flask;

4.Familiarity with Python ecology and common libraries, such as celery;

5.Competences in interface encapsulation of R language algorithms;

6.English fluency;

7.High concentration and curiosity in continuous learning.
