中國傳媒大學海南國際學院是學校從國內(nèi)一流向國際一流跨越的階梯和平臺。學院于2020年正式成立，負責統(tǒng)籌學校在海南的中外合作辦學工作。學院立足國際傳媒高等教育，充分利用海南自貿(mào)港區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，圍繞人工智能和電子競技進行學科和專業(yè)布局。為進一步增強學院的英語教學水平，提高學生的英語能力和跨文化交際能力，現(xiàn)向海內(nèi)外誠聘外籍學術(shù)英語教師2名。

English Language/EAP Teachers (Full-time)
全職學術(shù)英語教師
Duties and Responsibilities/崗位職責
1. 16 teaching hours per week, with each teaching hour equating to 50 minutes of instruction. Additionally, you are required to complete 8 hours of office counseling.
每周16個教學學時（一個教學學時為50分鐘），和8個小時辦公室咨詢時間。
2. Develop course outline and teaching plans aligned with curriculum requirements, and design appropriate examination schemes.
制定符合課程要求的教學計劃和教學大綱、合理設計考試方案。
3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, evaluate teaching effectiveness, and provide written feedback as required.
準確記錄學生的學習進度、對教學效果進行評估，并根據(jù)要求提供書面反饋。
Qualifications/任職要求
1. No criminal record.
Should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of
無犯罪記錄。應遵守中華人民共和國的法律法規(guī)。
2. Master’s degree or higher. (Preferably in education, English, linguistics or related major.)
碩士研究生及以上（最好為教育、英語、語言學或相關(guān)專業(yè)）。
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.
取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA認證或同等教學資格。
4. Ideally has at least two years of full-time experience teaching English, with a preference for those with college teaching experience.
具備2年及以上全職英語教學經(jīng)歷，高校教學經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮
5. Organizational and communication skills, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills.
組織溝通能力、人際交往能力、抗壓能力、團隊協(xié)作能力
*Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.
