職責(zé)描述：
·了解波士頓科學(xué)公司的“古往今來(lái)”，涵蓋歷史、文化及核心價(jià)值觀；
·專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，軟性技能提升課程，增強(qiáng)個(gè)人綜合實(shí)力；
·跟隨專屬導(dǎo)師學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、合規(guī)的工作方式，提前鍛煉職場(chǎng)人的專業(yè)素質(zhì)；
·負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶的手術(shù)支持工作并培訓(xùn)相關(guān)醫(yī)院技師，使其能獨(dú)立配合客戶開(kāi)展手術(shù)
·與負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的客戶簡(jiǎn)歷良好的合作關(guān)系，推動(dòng)區(qū)域手術(shù)例數(shù)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用
·為客戶提供專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)支持，培養(yǎng)并提升客戶的手術(shù)技能
·在直屬經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下指定相應(yīng)的區(qū)域管理計(jì)劃，更好的推動(dòng)區(qū)域手術(shù)例數(shù)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用；
·負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品在上市前臨床研究的技術(shù)支持

職位要求：
·2023年畢業(yè)的本科，研究生；專業(yè)不限；
·至少實(shí)習(xí)三個(gè)月，每周工作三天及以上；
·良好的溝通、學(xué)習(xí)能力，踏實(shí)勤奮，有吃苦耐勞精神
·樂(lè)于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)身邊伙伴的閃光點(diǎn)；
研發(fā)培訓(xùn)生
Overall Responsibilities
·Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, and tests electrical circuits and systems by using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
·Documents electrical development by writing documents, reports, memos, change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards.
·Tracks electrical development effort by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool.
·Solves engineering problems by analyzing the situation and recommending corrective or alternative actions.
·Analyzes, evaluates, verifies, requirements, circuits, and systems by using engineering practices.
Qualifications
We would like to welcome you come from one of below areas
- Electronics area
·Master’s degree or above in electrical engineering/ electronics automation /biomedical engineering
·Good hands-on electronics prototyping, debug, verification, and failure analysis skills
·Experience with EDA tools such as Protel/AD, LabView, Matlab, Quatus/ISE
·Ability to work at least 16 hours/week
- Mechanical area
·Observe company policy and procedure strictly
·Major in mechanical engineering or related field
·Strong learning capability on professional knowledge and skills
·Easy to communicate
- Firmware area
·Solid C/C++ Programming skill
·Familiar with Linux OS platform
·Quick Learner
·Good Communication
- Software area
·Computer science or related
·Programming skill with python, C/C++,Java, C#, javascript, either one is OK.
·Strong motivation and quick learning
·3+ days each week.
