入選后工作職責以科學研究為主，并適當承擔教學輔助任務。完成學校和學院規定的新教師崗前培訓和考核任務，申請并取得開課資格后，可以考慮單獨承擔教學任務。 The main responsibilities of the selected candidates are scientific research and appropriate teaching support tasks. After completing the training and assessment modules stipulated by Tsinghua University and obtaining the teaching qualification, they may have opportunities to independently teach a course.
