崗位名稱：能源與動力前沿交叉方向教研系列崗（助理教授/副教授/教授）
崗位描述：自覺遵守國家法律和學校各項規定，積極完成系里和學校規定的各種教學、科研、公共服務工作；具有博士學位，從事能源動力及相關應用領域工作，學術成果在同年齡段中具有突出優勢；熱愛教學，勝任教學和研究生的指導工作。
二、資格條件：
1、從事前沿基礎研究工作，應取得高水平原創性成果，在國際上有較大影響，或有潛力能夠在開拓新學科方向起到引領作用；
2、從事應用性研究，應在關鍵技術研發方面取得重要成果，能夠在本行業起到引領作用。
3、能夠獨立開展相關領域的教學與科研，承擔與學科發展相關的管理與社會服務工作 。

Job Description:

Qualifications:
1. For candidates engaged in frontier basic research: Must have achieved high-level, original academic accomplishments with substantial international influence, or possess the potential to lead the advancement of new disciplinary directions.
2. For candidates engaged in applied research: Must have made significant contributions to the development of key technologies and have the capacity to take a leading role in the industry.
3. Capable of independently conducting teaching and research, and undertaking management and social service responsibilities related to the development of the discipline.
