湖北中醫藥大學
湖北中醫藥大學是湖北省人民政府、國家中醫藥管理局共建高校，是湖北省第一所擁有一級學科博士學位授予權的省屬高校，湖北省首批設有博士后科研流動站的省屬高校；是“國家中西部高校基礎能力建設工程”項目建設高校，湖北省“國內一流學科建設高校”。
Hubei University of Chinese Medicine
湖北中醫藥大學是由湖北省政府和國家中醫藥管理局共同創辦的一所大學。是湖北省第一所獲準授予一級學科博士學位的省屬大學，也是湖北省首批設有博士后科研工作站的省屬大學之一。學校是“國家中西部高等教育基礎能力建設項目”的一部分，并入選湖北省“國家一級學科建設大學”。
湖北時珍實驗室
湖北時珍實驗室是全國中醫藥領域首個省實驗室，依托武漢市人民政府建設，由湖北中醫藥大學牽頭組建、運營管理。
聚焦人口老齡化和老年主動健康，立足湖北省中醫藥資源和李時珍中醫藥文化優勢。
布局李時珍老年病學術思想和養生文化、老年人群體質與未病健康管理、老年慢病發病規律與干預機制、老年大健康產品開發、老年健康特色道地藥材產業發展五大研究方向。聘請中國工程院院士王琦、王廣基、董家鴻、鄔堂春、肖偉、陳士林為各方向首席科學家。
圍繞老年健康重大基礎性問題，融合現代科學技術，揭示老年病發病規律與科學內涵，制定老年病防治方案，促進老年病防治大健康產品開發與相關中藥資源可持續利用，提升人口老齡化應對能力。
助力解決國家重大需求，建成“創新、團隊、資本、產業”四位一體的協同創新平臺。
Hubei Shizhen Laboratory
Hubei Shizhen Laboratory is the first provincial laboratory in China dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Established by the Wuhan Municipal Government, it is led and managed by Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.
The laboratory focuses on population aging and proactive health for the elderly, leveraging Hubei Province’s rich TCM resources and the cultural heritage of Li Shizhen.
It is structured around five key research directions:
Li Shizhen’s academic thought on geriatric medicine and wellness culture
Physical constitution and preventive health management of the elderly
Pathogenesis and intervention mechanisms of chronic diseases in the elderly
Development of health products for the elderly
Industrial development of characteristic, high-quality medicinal herbs for elderly health
The laboratory has engaged academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, including Wang Qi, Wang Guangji, Dong Jiahong, Wu Tangchun, Xiao Wei, and Chen Shilin, as chief scientists for each research direction.
By integrating modern scientific technology, the laboratory aims to reveal the pathogenesis of geriatric diseases, formulate prevention and treatment strategies, promote the development of health-related products, and ensure the sustainable utilization of medicinal resources, thus enhancing the national capacity to address aging-related challenges.
The lab serves as a collaborative innovation platform combining research, talent, capital, and industry to address major national needs.

03 申請條件Application Requirements
1）優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）的申請人應當具備以下條件：
（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，具有良好的科學道德，自覺踐行新時代科學家精神。
（2）出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后。
（3）具有博士學位。
（4）研究方向主要為中醫學、老年醫學、臨床醫學、基礎醫學、中西醫結合、中藥學、藥學、化學、生命科學、生物醫學工程、生物信息、生物技術、人工智能等相關專業。
（5）在取得博士學位后至2025年4月15日前，一般應在海外知名高校、科研機構、企業研發機構等獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續36個月以上工作經歷；在海外取得博士學位且業績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求（不適用于通過中外聯合培養方式取得海外博士學位情況）。
在海外工作期間，同時擁有境內帶薪酬職位的申請人，其境內帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計入海外工作年限。
（6）取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發展潛力。
（7）申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。
2）限項要求
執行國家科技人才計劃統籌銜接的相關要求。同層次國家科技人才計劃只能承擔一項，不能逆層次申請。
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for the Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:
(1)Comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, uphold scientific integrity, and embody the spirit of contemporary scientists.
(2)Born on or after January 1, 1985.
(3)Hold a doctoral degree.
(4)Specialize in fields such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or Artificial Intelligence.
(5) Have held a formal teaching or research position at an internationally renowned university, research institution, or corporate R&D center for at least 36 months by April 15, 2025, after obtaining a Ph.D. Applicants with exceptional achievements who obtained their Ph.D. overseas may be exempt from the 36-month requirement (this exemption does not apply to those who earned an overseas Ph.D. through joint programs).
(6) Have obtained significant research or technological achievements recognized by peers, with the potential to become academic leaders or distinguished experts in their field.
(7) Must not have returned to China for full-time employment or must have returned on or after January 1, 2024. Successful applicants must resign from their overseas positions and work full-time in China for at least three years.
2. Project Restrictions
Applicants can only hold one project under national scientific talent programs of the same level and cannot apply for a lower-level program once selected.

優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學、工程技術等方面已取得較好成績的海外優秀青年學者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創新性研究，促進青年科學技術人才的快速成長，培養一批有望進入世界科技前沿的優秀學術骨干，為科技強國建設貢獻力量。
The Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) aims to attract outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) with proven academic achievements in natural sciences and engineering to work in China. Scholars can independently choose research directions for innovative studies, fostering rapid growth among young scientists and developing a pool of leading academic talents at the global forefront, contributing to China’s advancement as a scientific powerhouse.
05 申報程序Application Process
符合條件的申請人請將個人簡歷發送至郵箱：hbtcmzp@163.com，請【點擊下方“立即投遞/投遞簡歷”，即刻進行職位報名】（郵件主題為“姓名+申報海外優青”，簡歷主要包括個人基本信息、聯系方式、主要學習和工作經歷、主要學術成果等）。
與我校達成申報意向后簽訂工作合同或者意向性協議，于2025年3月3日以后登錄信息系統，在線填寫《國家自然科學基金優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）申請書》（以下簡稱申請書），學校竭誠為您提供專業申報指導和全程服務。申請人對所提交申請材料的真實性負責。
申請人應當按照申請書填報說明和撰寫提綱的要求用簡體中文或英文在線填寫申請書，并上傳附件等材料。
優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）實行無紙化申請方式，申請人在線提交電子申請書及附件、公正性承諾書等材料至學校，由學校審核后在線提交自然科學基金委。申請截止日期為2025年4月15日。
Eligible applicants should send their CVs to hbtcmzp@163.com with the subject line “Name + Overseas Excellent Young Scholar Application.” The CV should include basic personal information, contact details, education and work experience, and major academic achievements.
Once an application intention is confirmed with our university, a work contract or intent agreement will be signed. From March 3, 2025, applicants must log into the information system and complete the National Natural Science Foundation of China Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) Application Form online. The university provides professional guidance and comprehensive support.
Applicants must complete the application form in simplified Chinese or English according to the provided guidelines and upload required attachments.
The application process is entirely paperless. Applicants must submit the electronic application form, required documents, and a fairness commitment letter online. The university will review and submit the applications to the Natural Science Foundation of China. The submission deadline is April 15, 2025.
