一、論壇介紹
南方科技大學環(huán)境科學與工程學院國際青年學者論壇是環(huán)境科學與工程學院延攬?優(yōu)秀人才的重要會議,旨在為環(huán)境領(lǐng)域國際青年學者提供一個思想碰撞和學術(shù)交流、推進學科交叉與學術(shù)創(chuàng)新的平臺。通過大力引進世界一流人才,力爭將南科大環(huán)境學科建成中國和世界獨具特色的高水平學科。

三、項目介紹
優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目(海外)旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學者(含非華裔外籍人才)回國(來華)工作,自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究,促進青年科學技術(shù)人才快速成長,培養(yǎng)一批有望進入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學術(shù)骨干,為科技強國建設(shè)貢獻力量。
優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目(海外)項目實施以來,南方科技大學資助項目總數(shù)位居全國前列。2025年,我校繼續(xù)實施國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目(海外)引才計劃。
四、申報條件
(一)遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī),具有良好的科學道德,自覺踐行新時代科學家精神;
(二)出生日期在

南方科技大學環(huán)境科學與工程學院(以下簡稱“學院”)自2015年6月成立以來,專注于水環(huán)境與水資源、大氣環(huán)境與全球變化、低碳發(fā)展與資源循環(huán)、環(huán)境健康等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域的學術(shù)研究和人才培養(yǎng),致力于在近海環(huán)境、大氣減碳、智慧環(huán)保、生態(tài)修復、無廢城市等有重大社會需求的領(lǐng)域開展技術(shù)研發(fā)工作。現(xiàn)有教職工66人,其中國家級人才27人,省級人才10人。
迄今,學院已發(fā)表SCI論文2800余篇,包括發(fā)表在Science、Nature及其子刊、PNAS、Nature Index期刊上的高水平論文360余篇;承擔包括國家自然科學基金創(chuàng)新研究群體項目、重大項目、重點項目、重大研究計劃重點項目、國家科技重大專項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃、廣東省重點領(lǐng)域研發(fā)計劃、廣東省區(qū)域聯(lián)合基金粵港澳研究團隊項目、深圳市可持續(xù)發(fā)展專項等在內(nèi)的各類科研項目640余項,獲批經(jīng)費總額超過7億元。2024年,學校環(huán)境生態(tài)學科首次進入ESI全球前2‰。

學院設(shè)有“環(huán)境科學與工程”和“水文與水資源工程”兩個本科專業(yè)。2024年泰晤士高等教育中國學科評級中,環(huán)境科學與工程學科獲得A+評級;2024年“軟科世界一流學科排名”,我校水資源工程學科排名20(全校排名最高專業(yè))、環(huán)境科學與工程學科排名51–75,大氣科學排名101–150。2020年11月,學院新增“資源與環(huán)境”碩士專業(yè)學位授權(quán)點。2024年10月,新增“環(huán)境科學與工程”博士、碩士學位授權(quán)點。
高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的事業(yè)平臺

(III) Hold a doctoral degree in environmental science and engineering, or related fields;
(IV) Possess a minimum of 36 months of continuous formal teaching or research experience at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D departments, gained after obtaining your doctoral degree and prior to April 15, 2025. This requirement may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional achievements and a doctoral degree from overseas;
(V) Demonstrate recognized research or technological achievements that indicate potential as a leading figure in your field;

Research Support
1. Research funding: You may receive up to CNY 9,500,000, including support from national, provincial, and municipal sources, depending on government policies and the outcome of your application. Special cases will be evaluated individually.
2. Team support: Research teams will be formed based on project needs. Two postdoctoral positions are available with 60% funding from the university. You can also recruit additional postdocs using your own funds without limits. Graduate student quotas will be allocated based on university policies and departmental needs, and you have the flexibility to recruit research-line faculty and research/teaching assistants.
3. Office and Lab Facilities: High-quality office and laboratory spaces are available, alongside access to shared research platforms.
